Exam's DONE! Wheeeeee

Yeah as the title says my exams finished today wheeeeeee XD Ah yeah and I'll be leaving for Singapore on the 11th..it still hasn't sunk in but oh well. Got my tablet out and installed the driver. Feels awesome drawing with my tablet again XD So yeah. Well I'll be off now.

Okay 2 more exams to go

Yep, that's right. Today I gave my statistics 1 exam and it was okay. I had an upset stomach today and wasn't feeling particularly good but now I'm better. So two more exams left now. One on the 2nd of June and another on the 8th. I gotta do REALLY well in the last 2 exams. I have the time so I must practice them mcqs properly and use my time wisely and not waste it. Aside from that, here's the picture whose drawing process video link I posted the other day:



I'm kinda fond of this picture. There are problems and stuff, but I guess I likey. Did this with my mouse. These days drawing with a mouse on Tegaki seems smoother than before. I wonder if it's just my new mouse or Firefox 4 XD Dunno but I somehow don't get those jagged strokes these days. I guess it's firefox 4's improved flash support? Hopefully my tablet should work well with flash drawing applications from now on. Because before it was kinda weird drawing on tegaki with my tablet..it seemed to get stuck and even curved lines would turn out kinda straight line-ish. Here's the video I linked the other day:



And I've been watching Kamichu! and Sket Dance these days.. got a new internet connection, it's a lot easier to watch stuff online since it's quite fast. Finaryy. But anyway, Kamichu is nice and cool and kinda nostalgic even. School days with your friends, sharing tiffin and talking about all kindsa stuff..doodling in class..daydreaming about holidays..thinking of what to do after going home...homework..class tests..ahh..yeah nostalgic indeed. Miss these quite a bit. My last two years in school did not include these D< IT was all empty classes, empty lessons..not like school at all. I hope university is more like school. And I hope this time I can do really well in my exams and can enroll in a really good university. NUS would be cool. Yeah. Speaking of which, there's this Science Summer Camp at NUS (Singapore) this summer. And I managed to register for it. Apparently we (there'll be other students from the school going too) fly there on the 12th and it's a 5-day event I believe. It'll be cool to go to a science summer camp. I've never been to a summer camp, let alone a science one at that XD And I've never been abroad so yeah. I'm really looking forward to meeting my aunt and uncle and my two cousins there. I miss them. It'd be cool if I could get my laptop and some nice art supplies and stationary stuff. There are some that I've been eye-ing on the internet at dickblicks and other places for a while. I dunno if I could buy them all though. But at the least I should like to get something for everyone here and some masking fluid XDD

Oh well, I've ranted quite a bit now. I gotta go finish watching that episode of Kamichu! and then go to sleep. By the way Sket-Dance is EPIC. Enough said :D

4 more exams to go!

So I haven't been able to update my blog with exam updates as much as I usually do. Well I've been pretty sick since last week and so haven't gotten around to updating much. Before that I was plain lazy. Blogger blogs with .blogspot in their links were not loading and still don't for some odd reason. So that's another reason I suppose since I like looking at my blog heh. Anyway I'm a lot better now thankfully. Just quite weak and get headaches quite a bit. So I've been sleeping earlier and waking up earlier too and resting and sleeping alternatively throughout the day. My exams have been okay so far. I guess I could've done better if I weren't sick. But 's okay. I have 4 more exams left and then exams be done woo. I managed to render and upload the process video of this random picture I drew in tegaki the thursday before this last thursday. Exam time!

So yeah. Tomorrow my A-level exams begin. That time of the year again. Last time I screwed up and got D's. Not this time. No sirry. This I'll stay calm and give it my best shot in my exams and get all A's and make me mum, dad and family happy. Especially me mum. It was horrible last year when I did so bad in my AS exams. I do not want that to happen again. I gotta keep moving forward and make it work out this time. And I'm going to think positive and believe in myself. I do want to get all A's in my A-level exams and so I'll do my best. Tomorrow's my maths paper one exam. I think if I stay focused and not make any silly mistakes, I can manage to get that A. Okay then. Wish me luck everyone.

Woah April's here XD

Yeah, April's here indeed and I haven't been here in quite a long while indeed. I keep saying I'll update my blog more often..but lookit this, I haven't updated in ages. Eh. Oh well, actually I've been wanting to for quite a while now..but been too lazy to do it. STILL I ish here. At any rate, it's April and I'm done with my coursework and mock exams and all that stuff. So now it's time to study my arse off and revise for my A-level exams..which begins sometime in May..MAYY. Wow just a month away. Wheee, time to really get busy. This time I gotta get all As in all my AS and A2 level exams, so that I can get ALL A stars overall in my A-levels. Huppp! I can do eeeet! Well I've been kinda sick with a bad cold these two days, but I'm a lot better not and I gotta really get studying properly from tomorrow.

I wanted to make a new background all of a sudden a while ago and was trying to make something nice come out of that..when a tree was takin shape..so I decided to paint em trees nice and proper..not that this is that proper or anything..but still. And I wanted to draw a kid with an umbrella..so I recycled an old sketch from last year..hah. Oh well. I'm rather pleased with this picture as my background for a change. It's been raining here quite a bit, so it suits the current atmosphere better. At any rate, I love rain so yeah. Them textures be from cgtextures
